Ichabod Crane

A mysterious stranger. Ichabod Crane’s arrival in Sleepy Hollow, professing to be an educated scholar en-route to New York, is both timely and seemingly perfect. Skillfully wearing a mask of aloofness and pretension, Ichabod is nevertheless burdened by a sadness he can not escape. Katrina Van Tassel, innately sensitive to creatures who are hurting, finds a unique friendship with Ichabod. She slowly works to unlock Ichabod’s secrets, revealing a man who has more to offer then she could ever imagine.

Katrina Van Tassel

Katrina Van Tassel is the eldest daughter of Baltus Van Tassel and heiress to the Van Tassel fortune. Although she lost her mother at an early age, Katrina has always been overtly feminine, but also strong willed and determined. She and her younger sister Emeline have always been close and family means the world to them. She spends a great deal of time with her child hood friend Abraham Van Brunt (Brom Bones), with whom she shares a love of adventure. They often spend hours riding throughout the hollow and enjoying each others company.

Brom Bones

Dashing, bold and adventurous. Orphaned at an early age by British Redcoats, Brom is adopted hero of Sleepy Hollow. In his youth, he and his gang of "Sleepy Hollow Boys" would revel in mischief, although it was in the spirit of fun rather than malice. In truth, Brom was always the first to stand up for a child bullied or an animal being mistreated, and woe be to the bully. His closest confidant is Katrina Van Tassel, with whom he has shared a lifelong friendship. However, Brom is becoming increasingly concerned that he will not measure up to her father’s expectations for Katrina’s future.
